Q: What is your return policy?
A: Contact MUST be made within 48 hours of receiving the item stating reason for
return then item must be returned within 7 days. Item MUST be in original condition
with all tags attached, unopened packaging, bonus products etc. A credit will be
given on the purchase price only - postage is not included and buyer pays for item
to be returned.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: YES! When you purchase more than one item you will not have to pay the specified
postage cost for each item. Instead your purchases will be combined into one parcel
saving you on postage. If you would like to know the postage costs upfront, contact
us providing the item numbers of the auctions you are interested in & we will
get you an exact cost.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Once we have received your cleared payment your item/s will be posted within
48 hours (Mon-Fri). An email will be sent to you confirming this. Delivery is via
Australia Post and exact delivery times depend on your location - as a guide 2-5
working days (longer for remote areas).
Q: Do you allow pick ups?
A: YES! Pick up is welcome and is from Aberfoyle Park, South Australia. Should you
require pick up please contact us and we can arrange a mutually convenient time.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, sorry. We only ship within Australia.
Q: I want to buy more than one item - How do I do that?
A: If you are wanting a few items you simply buy each item you want in the quantities
you want and then request a combined invoice. Your purchases will be grouped together
on one invoice with the one postage charge and sent to you within 24 hours so you
can pay the total owing.
